Review on UnderCover SwingCase SC205D: Convenient Truck Bed Storage for Ford F-250/350 Super Duty (2017-2021) - Driver's Side by Eugene Cox

Reading the other reviews before ordering made me laugh a little at the complaints about the cost, but now my main post-purchase thought is "value" - imagine himself in front of it. The product works exactly as they say: it's as easy to install as they say, it works as they say, the swivel mechanism works, it keeps things dry and it just does what it's supposed to. But now that it's installed, it looks pretty cheap. Also, it doesn't quite fit my long bed truck - it works great, it just looks weird that the wheel arch cutout is way behind the actual wheel arch. I bought this because I didn't want to waste valuable real estate on a large diamond-topped crossover tool box and wanted to use empty bed space instead. It's too small to be useful after all, so I'm looking at crossover toolkits now, sigh. I wish the swivel case cost me around $100 then I would feel better about the purchase and value for me. Another weak point: Ford vehicles with fifth wheel preparation do not have room for one of these. from the driver's side of the truck because of the electrical connections there. This is not mentioned anywhere on their website that I could find, but a quick phone call confirmed it.
