Bought this for my second battery installation in my Range Rover L322. The device dangled a little in the hole, but the second gasket helped. The connector fits. As others have said, the speed at which it changes from green to amber is awfully fast, just like my pigtailed version, which is connected to the front (main) battery. How many milliamps an LED monitor draws I'll have to find out someday, but I suspect it's negligible for shorter parking periods. Rovers react very sensitively to undervoltage when starting, i.e. the second battery and charger. I've been using ctek with my AGM batteries for years. So far, so good.
