Would have been a perfect fit but also had to replace the resonator back with the muffler as it was rusted (and removed) beyond recognition on the flange that connected to the back of the old cat. Found a $60 local resonator and bought a saber saw to cut the old one open and get it out from under the car. Much better than spending hours trying to weld a new flange to an old resonator. We kept the old muffler and simply cut the old pipe about 4" from the muffler and used the 4" piece to connect it to the slightly shortened new resonator assembly with two clamps. It was also the best price in the world at $239.
