The ease of programming this keyless remote is amazing. I did it in a minute with no problems. Problems arise due to the actual range of the remote after programming. The range of this keyless remote control is very short. I had to stand close to my car window to unlock the driver and passenger side. After about 5 tests to see if I was crazy, the passenger side button stopped working at all. Then the driver's side stopped working. I wasn't too concerned as I still had the factory remote. The standard remote had a cracked case and worn button pads, but the buttons still worked perfectly. I used a knife to open both remotes and place the old circuit board with the new button pads in the new case. I went back to my car and reprogrammed it the same way. I now get the excellent range of the original remote even though it looks brand new!
