did not do what was advertised
To be honest I feel like I just spent a lot of money on something that didn't do what was advertised. So I bought it to use on my Sony S3500 Bluray for PAL DVD playback. Because the product FAQ supposedly said it could convert PAL to NTSC, or at least play PAL or something (I didn't think it took a tech genius to play supposedly "region free" DVDs). So now I'm back I started. Also, this "converter" looks just like my old Sony power supply. It doesn't match the description of what I said I ordered.
