Review on Bagotte Powerful Connected Self Charging Super Thin by Jim Viswanadham

I bought the Bagotte BG 600 Max in June 2021 and used it every day to clean up my two dogs dirt and hair until it broke in September 2021. I called support and to my surprise they called me. I spoke to Stacey who was very pleasant. After several failed tests over the phone, she asked me to upload a video for her technical team to review. It's been about 3 days since they emailed back, they decided to send me a brand new BG 800, upgrade, free of charge even though my warranty/return period has expired. I couldn't be happier! Now for the vacuum. It works great on floors and wall to wall carpets. Unlike my other robot vacuum, the bagotte filter is easily accessible and easy to clean. It's also lower and doesn't get caught under my furniture or kitchen cabinets. Finally, the bagotte is quieter. I was willing to buy another Bagotte because I liked the vacuum cleaner, now I will buy another one because the company also provides great service.
