When I received my set, I immediately opened it and found the leather tear-off strap was missing. Disappointed that it wasn't included I sent the set back and ordered another, hoping everything would be fine. Upon opening the SECOND box, I discovered that the kit I received had a dent in the bottom of the case. Yes, I understand it's a cheap case that even has a big "MADE IN CHINA" sticker on it, but it's a brand new kit (probably). After I opened the kit myself, the leather pull-off strap was also missing. Now 2 times 2. I know it's just a leather sanding band but it should come with the kit. Either Trend forgot to include a leather strap in both sets, or an Amazon warehouse worker is stealing. In any case, this product gets a bad review from me even before I use the stone. Eventually refresh after using the stone.
