Review on 🥤 16 oz. Plastic Cups with Flat Lids - Bulk Set of 100 by John Caine

This is my second purchase of this product. With the first order I received the quality of both the cups and lids was excellent but I can't say the same for a repeat order. The lids I just received are just awful! They arrived folded and are significantly thinner than the original order lids. This is clearly a different type of lid as they have bladders at the top for water, tea, soda etc (like those in a fast food restaurant) while the first set is completely flat at the top. I tried a few mug lids and the lids barely snapped onto the mug. And to make matters worse, the company emailed me asking about my satisfaction with the order so any issues can be resolved by them directly before I left any feedback (which is not the case for the 1st order case) and that was it. a week ago and I still haven't gotten a response from them. I needed mugs/lids for an event so I purchased mugs/lids from a reputable brand (note: they make the red mugs used at most social events) and the quality of these mugs/lids far exceeded my expectations and not much more than a set of this. The company is worth it. I will NOT buy from this seller again.
