I bought my wife a conductor when we were expecting our fourth child who needed a third row. The column was missing, as so often, because many other researchers were missing on the way, also with us. The first rack they sent was for the passenger not the driver so I sent it back and they sent the correct one. It has remained the same as the original and looks like an OEM, totally indistinguishable from the original or the other side that is the original Ford. It's been for 6 months and hasn't given us any problems. Highly recommended.
