As said, fits on the Dodge Ram. I installed it on my 2012 Ram 1500 R/T. I also installed a generic model on a Chevy truck. Works great and looks good too! It prevents oil from being sucked into the intake manifold by the PCV system which can build up on the valves causing poor performance and also if oil gets into the manifold and mixes with the fuel the computer interprets this as Gasoline burns with lower octane rating and slows down time. which also results in loss of power.
