Unbelievable! We have had concrete floors painted for 14 years and have tried different finishes during that time. This was the easiest to apply, shiniest and most slip resistant product we have used to date. I am an architect and I have asked various contractors what products they use for concrete floors and have received many suggestions, most of which are professional grade products that only floor finishers can buy. We've tried a few with little success. Some of the sealants suggested by the contractors were solvent-based, difficult to work with, and require special respirators, let alone pullers when re-capping. We vacuumed and mopped the floors thoroughly and applied 3 coats. The difference was amazing. I will be back after putting them on but we can already say they don't scratch like other sealers we have used.
