Firstly it is easy to connect and attach to the helmet, very simple velcro on the ear cups and on the back of the unit. However, the instructions are very unclear. It tells you the functions and which keys to press, but nothing more. It took about 5-10 minutes to pair with my phone and it plays music and takes calls perfectly (if you're on service). I've tried connecting to another headset for NFC (Near Field Communication) that doesn't require a phone to be plugged in, but again the instructions are very unclear and I couldn't figure it out. Works well for phone calls and music, but the NFC feature is very confusing due to the simple and obscure instructions. I would recommend this product if the instructions were clearer but stay away if you don't have time to try and figure everything out.
