The ease of use, all their products are easy to navigate through. I especially like that it's not just one page for everything. You have to click out to different pages depending on what you want to do - so there are options if something isn't available in the way you prefer. Sometimes when you're using several different things at once it may be difficult to decide which option or tab to go next (especially as someone who has ADHD). There are some helpful templates but they aren't always clear enough for me to understand how they work. It helps keep my calendar organized instead of having a bunch of tabs open and sometimes forgetting about them!
