The customer service has been outstanding! I have had several questions answered promptly by their staff who are always helpful and friendly. Their support systems make sure you receive answers quickly. There really isn't anything negative about this product or its services. This system works well for our needs as we manage over 100 employees in multiple locations across Canada with different shifts so scheduling can be difficult at times. We use an excel spreadsheet but having all of these details available within one place makes life much easier.
