The customer service has been outstanding! I have had several questions answered promptly by their staff who are always helpful and friendly. Their support systems make sure you receive answers quickly. There really isn't anything negative about this product or its services. This system works well for our needs as we manage over 100 employees in multiple locations across Canada with different shifts so scheduling can be difficult at times.

The ease of use; all steps are available from home or office. We can customize our workflow at anytime as per need and requirement. It helps us in proper documentation & record keeping for our clients. I haven't found anything yet but would like to mention that when we create new records/documents its not visible immediately. So you have to refresh page manually if you want fresh view of documents. Its good so far.

The best thing about welkin as far for me was how easy its setup compared with other softwares out there at this time of year (November).
I know my staff are able use their own devices now without being locked in some central server room or having to ask permission first. This has been very handy for us during an important pandemic period where we've had people off sick/self-isolating etc so more hands available across different wards than usual! Also not too happy using excel spreadsheets…
