Wasn’t what I thought but…
At first when I stood up with these in my shoes, I thought they were horrible and too hard. I wanted to like them, I wanted PF relief. So I wore them. To my surprise, they didn’t feel hard after a day. No blisters. Held up my arches. No heel pain. I have them in all my shoes now. The best thing is, I can wear whatever shoes I want! I just needed these supports to stop hurting. There were too many shoes that I couldn’t put a whole arch pad in. So shoes were limited. Yes, they unstick in some shoes but this is still by far my favorite supports
