Review on Deiss® Dual Julienne Vegetable Peeler by Dawn Johnson

I've had enough of lots of different devices to get Julian hard veggies like bits and carrots only to return them and wasting my time. I wanted to make carrot paste and this is just what I need! I cut carrots into strips and sauté them in coconut oil, then add onions, spinach, chicken or whatever. Yum Yum! This simple little slicer is very easy! Light and sharp, it has two sides, one for julienne and one for peeling or wider slices. I am very pleased with this cute little scrub. Serves its purpose, easy to clean, reasonable price. Thank you!
