I like that it is easy to learn, has many features available with very little training necessary.

We have been able to use this system since we started our business in 2006 without any problems or issues at all! It would be nice if there was an option of having multiple users instead of just one user who can do everything, but as long as you know how to operate your computer then its not too bad. There are some minor glitches here and there when using certain functions (like entering information into invoices), however these could probably be fixed by updating them. Using PAS allows us to efficiently manage every aspect of what goes out from our shop including customer service/ billing details, inventory control & accounting systems etc.
