Review on AMD Ryzen 3900X 24 Thread Processor by Ivan Nedkov (Ivan) ᠌

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

In overall, the acquisition meets all of the expectations. I was able to put together a functional home station while keeping the cost down. Buying is something I highly encourage doing. This stone is not something that gamers require in any way. When it comes to gaming, a Ryzen 7 or Core i7-i9 processor is your best bet.

Pros
  • 1) Price. 2) Traits and qualities. 3) The best price-to-quality ratio for a 12-pack of cores available on the market. 4) It loads up to 100% when it's being rendered, which is quite nice. The previous Xeon e5 -2697v2 (12/24) could be loaded to a maximum of 75% of its capacity.
Cons
  • 1) The temperature rockets up to 95 degrees Celsius as the rendering process begins. As a consequence of this, it reduces the speed in order to prevent the motor from overheating (see accompanying photo). There is a tower designated as BeQuiet Dark Rock 4 here. When the engine is not running, the temperature does not go higher than 65 degrees Celsius. 2) The virtually nonexistent possibility of overclocking the system. There is an in-built Game Mode that gives you the ability to add +350 MHz to the base frequency, and that is all you can do with it. There was no attempt made to raise the frequencies. This results in an increase of approximately one percent in rendering performance when all cores are operating at maximum capacity, which is almost nothing. We've dialed back the fundamental frequencies to make it cooler overall. It's possible that this Mode will provide players with a little more perceptible boost. 3) When the memory is overclocked to a speed of 3600, it does not function reliably. It was required of me to hand over the base 3200. Those individuals who desire to overclock to 5 GHz or above are most certainly not going to be found here.
