I'm new to Linux installation but was able to install Linux Mint 19.2 on an 11 year old Dell Inspiron. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to recognize the Wi-Fi card, even after doing a lot of research and trying many different options. I decided to try a USB wireless adapter to fix my internet connection issues. I went through many different reviews and finally settled on the Panda 300Mbps Wireless USB Adapter. I received it 1 day after ordering. I plugged it in while the computer was still on and wanted to restart the computer, but it wasn't necessary. The operating system recognized the adapter immediately and I was able to get started! I just selected my network and it connected immediately. I am actually using this old computer connected to my network to write this review. I highly recommend!
