I love this product! I have food and chemical allergies but this was the only BCAA product I found without all the extras or preservatives that everyone puts in their products! It doesn't bother any of my allergies. Also, these amino acids are also known as anti-aging amino acids, so I take them daily with meals and before a workout. I'm 52 and I feel great. If I miss or run out, I'll know! I get tired easily and my hormones are out of whack! love love love this product!
