The ease of use and customization options make it easy to set up campaigns with multiple templates, the platform is very intuitive. I would like to see more integration with Hubspot or other CRM platforms. It's important for us to get quality leads from multiple sources. The lead capture feature allows for this without having to add many different tracking codes. We are able to track our ROI. The platform is easy to use, simple yet powerful analytics available for all leads in one place are very helpful. Sometimes it's quite hard to track them down if you want an update from certain lead but not sure where they went or what happened with their account once contacted. This could be improved upon so as soon contact has been made we can see who was updated first when trying to find out more information about our customer/lead etc.
