Review on Rancho RS1927 Shock Boot by Kenneth Cotton

Installed new shock absorbers for the rear of my 1999 Toyota Sienna Van; I bought these boots to protect my investment but upon inspection 2 weeks after installation I found that both boots were torn. I only drive on city streets and country roads but I couldn't understand how it got so damaged. I will try to request a refund or replacement but I would NOT recommend buying based on their advertisement "Made of light colored durable rubber to preserve color and appearance in grueling conditions". It just doesn't deliver what it promises.
