Review on digiFMS by Jeremy Choi

It is very easy to use for managing multiple properties of different sizes even in remote locations with no IT support or access to computer systems. The software could be improved by adding more features that would allow me as an owner/manager to better understand my financial information so I don't have to call into office every month just to get some basic info about our income statement etc! Also it's not available everywhere yet but there are plans underway to make this happen soon. Using Digifms has allowed us at least once per year to take all property data (rental history) from paper files stored off-site into one centralized database where we also keep current rental agreements online. This saves thousands each year since paperwork costs go down dramatically when you combine everything together instead of several separate bills sent out monthly via snail mail plus copies kept locally around town. That it is easy to use, that it has all I need in one application. Also the support staff are very knowledgeable and great people to work with. Nothing, works perfect, would like to see more features added such as tenant payments, etc. If you're looking for a simple solution for your management needs, this is great. We are able to communicate quickly, easily, and cost effectively with our tenants and vendors.
