The best part of this software is that it gives you control over your property from anywhere in the world at any time! It's very easy to use as well with its simple interface which makes managing multiple properties even easier than before. I have not found anything yet but if there are issues then they will be resolved immediately by their support team who respond quickly. I like that it is very easy to navigate from one site or building up through each of our office locations in just seconds! It's also nice not having to go into person-to-person communication with anyone at any time as you do when using email/texting etc. The software has become more reliable over past few years but still seems somewhat buggy sometimes (esp. for those who are newer users). If your looking for an alternative option than traditional paper spreadsheets then this may be worth trying

It is very easy to use for managing multiple properties of different sizes even in remote locations with no IT support or access to computer systems. The software could be improved by adding more features that would allow me as an owner/manager to better understand my financial information so I don't have to call into office every month just to get some basic info about our income statement etc!
