Review on Powerful Electric Heater: Mr. Heater 3.6KW / 12,283 BTU / 240-Volt Forced Air by Raymundo Miller

I put a 220V outlet an a garage and use this to take the chill off. The unit is very light, stable, and easy t move. The Mr. Heater has an interesting design. The heating element is n the enter section an is protected from direct air. The fan blows cool air around the outside of the heating element so that the center of the air flow is warm and the outer part of the "doughnut" is cool. This keeps the outside of the unit from getting hot at all. Pretty neat. I think this also keeps flammable debris from being blown into the hot part by the fan.There is one speed setting and the control knob has OFF, Air, and Heat+Air. It is not particularly noisy as well. The other knob is the usual thermostat and turns the heat element on and off
