Small enough to carry around, accurate and works very well with ICs.

Small enough to carry around, accurate and works very well with the IC. Doesn't load the circuit like the old counters. Easy to read LCD display. I like it. I've used VTVMs (vacuum tubes) in the past, so for the power user this is a good choice at a low price.
