ok. I installed it with two TVs but I don't like that there is no mechanism to attach the stand to the bracket. it simply hangs from a base that screws into the ceiling. this part is lost. With a TV, it is crooked and seems to emphasize the top. There's no lock to keep it from spinning and nothing to make it stiffer. It's like my TVs are hanging on a string. While cool, it does the job and there's no risk of falling. I like it because it's reversible and that's what I need, but I want something that can be extremely tight when all buttoned up and tight, which just isn't there. He does his job, but not outstanding. That's a good solution, but not thought through in one important place. not very satisfied, but at the same time I am because it works and fits the budget. but it could have been better.
