I ordered one of these and spent hours and hours upon days getting it to work. I figured from all the positive reviews this must be something I was doing wrong, even though I followed the quick start guide closely. I finally threw in the towel and sent it back for a refund. But I kept thinking about it, so I ordered another one and decided I'd look into it. I'm glad I did because I finished the second one in 15 minutes, have enjoyed it ever since. The first one I received was obviously defective. If you follow the instructions and it doesn't work properly, don't spend much time troubleshooting. Send back for replacement. One star off for poor quality control. If the first one worked I would rate it 5 stars.
