Review on IntouchCheck by Harley Franchetti

Its easy for customers, supervisors or anyone else who uses this product can use their phone as if they were at there desktop computer! The app looks very nice too & I love how simple everything was set up with my first try! There really isn't anything i dislike about intoucheck so far but maybe its just me being new haha!! Anyways we have been using all of our customer's data since last summer now which has helped us greatly in keeping track where everyone needs help most often by simply looking into whats going wrong before people even complain!! We are able resolve issues more quickly than ever without having them call every single day like some companies do because sometimes things go unnoticed until someone complains hahaha.
