Great Software For Our Company and Patients
The best thing about this software is that it can be used in different ways as per your need, like billing for dialysate or medication prescriptions etc., which makes life easier to all of us at work place since we don't have to remember everything by heart but instead just type them once into the system itself! I would love if they could add more options/features such as automatic reminders from time clock (which will help save our precious minutes) as well as adding an option where users are able to input their own data rather than having to go through menus everytime.
Also maybe make a few changes so that patients' information doesn't get lost after logging out without saving first? This helps all my colleagues who take care of these people while working here. We're now getting bills easily with no mistakes made when filling up forms online using this software.
- Everything seems fine except sometimes there's too much noise coming over loudspeaker during conference calls even though everyone else has muted themselves before joining call; also not sure why some emails sent via email function aren’t automatically saved onto server unless you manually click "save" button afterwards hope those issues may improve soon enough :)
