Review on 🧂 HOME EC Premium Stainless Steel Salt and Pepper Grinder Set: Adjustable Ceramic Grinders, Glass Shakers, Funnel & EBook by Rick Alexander

I originally gave these grinders a one star rating because I didn't get a response from a customer who didn't work as I put it. First they sent me coffee grinders which were defective, one of the knobs wouldn't stay in place and the other knob would only grind when the knob was fully open and then it would only grind well when it was supposed to have a coarse grind setting. I contacted the seller and got no response at first, so I sent the grinders back and gave a bad review about the grinders. Michael from Home EC, a grinder dealer, emailed me and said he wanted to make things right by sending me a new set of salt and pepper grinders for free. I received the new grinders a few days later and after testing them and making sure the dials worked properly and the spices were ground, I contacted Michael to let him know I was happy with the grinders and would be writing a cheap new one going to review for the mills. So here it is, updated review, five stars for the excellent customer service provided by Michael. I removed the other review as it is no longer relevant.
