It has been very easy to implement in our organization, with only one person being trained by their team it was able solve all my problems related to customer service center management. There are some features that I would like more customization such as adding new modules or creating additional pages but this can be solved if you have enough resources so far everything went well! The main benefit we got from using Alicina CX platform is having an organized system where everyone knows what they should do when someone calls us through any channel (phone call, chat etc.).
