I'm a 176cm (5'9") skinny guy and weigh 64kg (140lbs) and these adult pads work great. Now that I've been practicing for the last few weeks "since I bought them I've been getting them on faster and faster. They feel durable and stay in place easily for me. They sweat a lot so be prepared to air them out after use! They'll send you an extra one Warranty card for 1 year if you sign up but I can't figure out what it covers I have no regrets - they cover everything tightly and I feel like I'm free to roam with them.
