great replacement for factory (crappy) ranchos on my 2010 FX4. These shocks are virtually the same as the aftermarket Rancho 5000 shocks (NOT the ones that come on the FX4) just without the white paint and red shoes. Save $10 or more on shocks compared to ranchos. By the way, these kids are really charged. It takes quite a bit of effort to squeeze them together after you cut the plastic strap. as it should. Now the complete set has driven about 7,000 miles and is very happy with the ride and performance.
