Review on SMONET Smart Deadbolt: App-Controlled Keyless Entry, 🔒 Fingerprint & Keypad Security Lock for Homes and Hotels by Chris Beals

I bought one of these locks for my house and I liked it so much I bought two more to rent out. The lock is very complex with all the features and the finger sensor works 80% of the time which means you might have to touch it again every 5th touch to unlock it. Makes life so easy. I don't use a code because the fingerprint makes it easy. We have 5 people connected to the lock with individual codes and fingerprints. Adding and removing codes and fingerprints is so easy that access can be easily managed. As I said, I bought 2 more locks for my rental property, attached them to the front door and the access to the washer-dryer in the basement. This lock makes it easy to manage tenant access as well as temporary access for employees. Residents love fingerprints. Makes it easy and a very interesting feature for them. The only thing I couldn't figure out is how to access it from a remote location over the internet. I know it's possible, but I couldn't use this feature. It's up to me as I'm not that tech savvy. CUSTOMER SERVICE I have contacted customer service twice about these products. The first time was with a question about the setting. You are in China, so you need to call late at night. The first time I called I went to voicemail and didn't leave a message thinking I'd try again later. THEY ACTUALLY CALL ME ON MY CALL ID which was totally unexpected. They stayed with me on the phone and helped me figure everything out. You are really great. The second time I called I had a rental lock that the deadbolt would not open fully when you unlocked it. I told the support rep what was going on. He asked me to email him a video of the castle. The next day I sent him a video showing him getting stuck. He told me the problem was with the lock and immediately sent me a brand new lock which I received 4 days later. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They are truly amazing and follow through.
