I like how you can create your own templates for appointments, phone calls or messages. There are many ways to customize it too! It has been very helpful in keeping my patients up to date with their care plan as well as allowing me to send them reminders about upcoming visits. The program does not have all of my providers' contact information stored so sometimes it takes longer than expected to find someone when they do need help. If you want to be able to stay organized easily without having to use multiple different programs this software will work best for you. We were looking at other options but we decided to go with chroniccaremanagement because of their customer service support and ease of use. They helped us set everything up quickly and efficiently and made sure that our needs were met.
