I like how easy it was for my patients in their home settings, as well with me at work setting! It gave us all peace of mind knowing they were being taken care off properly through this program!! I like how you can create your own templates for appointments, phone calls or messages. There are many ways to customize it too! It has been very helpful in keeping my patients up to date with their care plan as well as allowing me to send them reminders about upcoming visits. The ability of CCMS for my small clinic was very helpful in tracking all patients, appointments/appointments scheduled or not as well medication refills etc., this software has been able to do what I need it too!
