Review on Chronic Care Management (CCM) Software by Chris Castro

The ability of CCMS for my small clinic was very helpful in tracking all patients, appointments/appointments scheduled or not as well medication refills etc., this software has been able to do what I need it too! It also allowed me access from any device which made our lives much easier while traveling out of state with family members who were staying at different hotels during trips away. Nothing really right now but you can't beat free so no complaints here either!! We have used many other programs over time including EMRs such as eClinicalWorks and others where we had issues finding things easily when needed by provider vs being accessible anywhere anytime via phone call through live chat feature within program itself. I like how it can be used in different ways, but mainly for my patients who have chronic conditions or are taking multiple meds at once. It has helped me organize their records better than before. Sometimes when trying to use certain features you get confused as there isn't much help available online. If your looking for something simple this might not work well with you. We were able to figure out what our patients needed from us by using CCM software.
