Review on Chronic Care Management (CCM) Software by Jacolbe Mind

I like how easy it was for my patients in their home settings, as well with me at work setting! It gave us all peace of mind knowing they were being taken care off properly through this program!! The only thing i didn't really enjoy about chronic watch software so far has been there are some bugs sometimes when logging into your account or even if you have logged out correctly from another computer/device but once we fix those minor issues its perfect.

We use CCMS mainly because our insurance provider doesn’t cover every test needed during appointments which makes scheduling difficult & costly since most tests need more than one appointment per month due too cost restrictions etc..
