ASE certified technician. Here's what you need to know about this oil pan gasket. Does 4.7L fit in? Yes. Do you have to change something to make it fit? Yes. The screw holes of the oil pan (pressed in aluminum) do not quite line up. Not a big deal but you will have to spend an extra 2 minutes and drill a little more holes. USE A 21/64 DRILL BITS and just drill all the holes or you'll bang this gasket to the bottom and back and possibly over tighten the sump bolts. It's basically a cheap gasket that works as long as you drill holes.
