Review on Bosch TS1016 Outfeed Support Assembly by Loren Schmidt

Product looks fairly well made BUT: the cap screws provided come out from underneath before tightening, they are too long. I contacted Bosh support, explained exactly what model of saw I have and what the problem is. Bosh support replied "It's a really old saw", my answer is "They advertise that it works with this model". Tech support said they would send extra short mounting screws. Instead, I received a new mounting kit, four (4) long screws, two (2) short screws, and other small items. I specifically stated that I need eight (8) short screws. Apparently they just made it themselves and sent another kit and now I still can't install the accessory. I'll try it at my local hardware store.
