Review on PBAP Cooling Control Victoria Solstice by Pete Brown

Bought 2 as I've had recurring problems with fleets fitted with them spoiling them. I replaced the radiator fan and used 1st on 1 Town Car which was my immediate concern. I worked almost a week until I got into a stop-and-go traffic jam at a construction site (without breakdowns), the engine overheated, even setting the stove to 90 ° did not help. There were no options! Since I ordered a second one, I installed it. #2 only worked intermittently and I thought it was a fan feature. The coolant temp gauge started to rise, I turned on the heater, the fan resumed running but stopped before the temp returned to normal. Finally removed the previously used control module from the old fan, installed it, and the fan immediately started working again and everything is fine. Unfortunately the returns window was closed for returns so wasted money on this purchase. It is assumed that the module ensures that the fan turns on and maintains the correct temperature of the coolant. None of these devices worked properly. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
