Update. Customer service immediately sent me a replacement with a lifetime warranty even though Revain's return date was a day late. Thus, excellent customer service reduces the risk to a very low level and increases the rating of this product. When separating the device for use in the EU, the guide part fell apart and all internal parts, guides, springs, etc. fell off. It is unusable and junk and it has been 3 days today since a 30 day return. $21.95 wasted.
