Review on Honeywell 32001639 002 Solenoid Valve Kit by Jarrett Love

This is an exact magnet replacement for my oven mounted humidifier, but I daresay it looks better than the original. This one looks like it was built for quite a while. And I love the fact that it was cheaper to buy here at Revain than on Honeywell's website. I am very satisfied with both the quality and the price. And not to mention how easy the installation was. I disabled the old one, installed the new one and it worked in about 15 minutes. UPDATE: It's April 4th, 2015 and I had to turn off the water supply to my humidifier. The solenoid does not close completely, allowing the water to flow continuously 24/7 without stopping. This is a replacement for the original and now I have to order another one that makes a third solenoid for this humidifier. At $80-90 a piece I just don't want to order this stupid piece if it only lasts 1 1/2-2 seasons. And I will also add to this update that this solenoid is very noisy compared to the original. It makes a loud click when turned on and again when turned off. And I had to reduce the water supply because the solenoid let all the water into the humidifier causing it to overflow. You would think that this solenoid has some kind of throttle built into it to reduce the amount of water going into the humidifier, but it appears to be wide open.
