I like that it is easy to use, it has all of my CRM needs in one place for our organization! It's not super customizable but we are able to make changes as needed without having to go through a long process. The customer service can be hit or miss sometimes. We had an issue with our credit card processing which took over 2 weeks before they responded. They did eventually respond but only after many emails back and forth so there was some lag time between when we first contacted them about the problem and their response. If you're looking for something simple then this might work well for you. Our previous system required us to keep track of everything ourselves which was very tedious and difficult especially since we have several departments within our organization (HR, Marketing, Finance). With ProClaims, everything from scheduling events to communicating with customers is much easier than before.
