Review on 🎨 LYRA Rembrandt Polycolor Art Pencils, Assorted Greys - Set of 12 (2001122) by Kelly Caballes

I LOVE these pencils. Received on the recommendation of a teacher for better control of the weight of the fishing line, switched to these Prismacolors wax-based colors and Graphite. They're buttery smooth and smooth, and are great value for money. They seem to break a lot, which is sad but not nearly as bad as prisms. About a month after I started working with Lyra I got Caran D'Ache pencils which I prefer to any pencils I've used before. BUT, Caran D'Ache is bloody expensive so it's a fantastic cheaper alternative to them. I haven't tried Polychromos at all so can't comment on how they hold up, but I use a mix of Lyras and Caran D'Aches equally. Although Lyra's White leaves a lot to be desired. This is also a great starter set of their paints. TLDR: Amazing oil based pencils, great value. The star was removed due to constant failures and substandard white paint.
