Really helps out my shin splints.
This really helps me soothe the strip of meat on my shin. As per instructions it’s best to use some shoes while stretching with this as the grips tend to dig into the bottom of a bare foot.Really easy way to stretch out your shine and calf to give your legs much better operating range.Using this after a run is incredible. It’s better than just using a step.The instructions offer a few exercises to help stimulate your leg for certain issues you may have.The ball is an added bonus, doesn’t work too well on my callused feet, but works real good for my mommas.
