Review on RecTrac by Scott Ramu

I like that I can search for facilities by their county, zip code, or name. I also like the option to enter a facility, and have the system automatically search for other facilities in the area by entering more information. I dislike that sometimes my facilities won't show up in searches. Also, not all facilities have parking spaces with a price. I like that it keeps our facilities and parks clean (and a lot of the time, organized). It really helps to keep track of our facilities, and how many people are using each one. Easy access from any computer or mobile device through our website! Great customer service as well - I've had several issues over my years using this product but they have always been quick at responding & fixing it right away!"No where else can you log into your account without having some kind of internet connection." It would be great if we could use other methods though (phone number) than just email when accessing an online transaction like paying bills/rentals etc..
