Update, seller responded correctly and apologized for the shipping damage. The product will perform adequately for the required task. Due to the advertised size, it is ideally suited for smaller vehicles. It's very compact, especially when unassembled, and much easier to store than larger models. The product was missing some bristles. Also, Revain decided to send it in a bag, so the brush is badly deformed. It's probably not the manufacturer's fault. It's a whisk and it will work, so I'd rather keep it to myself and not bother with returns, but having problems like this is pretty expensive.
